Nevada Federal Visa® Gift Card Official Terms and Conditions

Gift Card Fees: The Nevada Federal Credit Union Visa® Gift Card cannot be reloaded once the balance is depleted. There is no limitation on the frequency of any of the transactions available for the card. Card values range from $20 to $500. There is a $5.00 per card issuance fee and a $5.00 lost or stolen card replacement fee (if applicable). A $1.25 monthly account maintenance fee will be assessed after six months from gift card load date and a $2.50 monthly inactive card fee will be assessed after six months of non-use. Unlimited balance and transaction information is available free of charge online at our Gift Card web site. One initial automated telephone inquiry will be free of charge. Subsequent calls to the automated telephone response system will incur a $.75 per call inquiry fee charged to the gift card balance. Phone requests to be transferred to a live agent will result in a $3.55 service fee charged to the gift card balance. Other terms and conditions may apply. Ask for details.
