Lot or Construction Loan Details:
Lot loans require 25% down. The property must be 2½ acres or less, and water and electric must be available. Construction loans are interest only for nine months. No owner builder loans. Builder must have a Nevada State Contractor License. A real estate loan officer can assist you with any questions and further requirements. Please complete this form and we will contact you.
