First-Time Users

How do I begin using SilverLink Online?
Visit the www.nevadafederal.org home page and:

  1. Input your account number as your User ID
  2. Input your SilverLink Phone Teller PIN as your password

The first time you access Internet Banking you will be prompted to create a password. The new password you select may contain letters and/or numbers and be up to 25 characters in length. Remember that letters are case sensitive.

About your SilverLink Online password

  • You can change your password by selecting User Options.
  • Changing your Home Banking password does not change your SilverLink Phone Teller PIN.
  • The new online password you select will be used for all future online transactions.
  • It is recommended that you change your password every six months.
